PERSONAL HISTORY
- grew up on farms in poverty
- education- only attended school a few weeks at a time growing up that
probably added up to only a year in total; no formal schooling after that

- reading and storytelling
- participating in local town sports such as wrestling

JOB EXPERIENCE
- hired hand on a boat
- store owner
- farm work such as splitting rails for fences
- volunteered to join military- served three months but saw no actual fighting
- postal worker
- began to practice law after reading law books on his own (no formal schooling)

PERSONAL QUALITIES NOTED BY THE INTERVIEWER ABOUT APPLICANT
- not too sophisticated
- has sense of humor but not always quick on the comebacks
- always seems to be in the middle of thins, such as political conflicts
- has high-pitched voice that some may find annoying

in religion from an early age
- currently a multimillionaire

- in the past enjoyed hosting world leaders and scholars who
were visiting his country
- finding opportunities to use natural ability as leader
- has stated, "My job is to inspire, to organize people."

JOB EXPERIENCE
- financier for military recruitment efforts
- fund-raiser for political and religious advancement
- organized international network focused on developing a
more pure form of government

- shy but eloquent and passionate about his leader ship goals
- presents himself as shy but gentle
